# Contact Krillion Space

Write to [support@krilion.app](mailto:support@krilion.app). A person reads every message, usually within a few days.

## What to write about

- **Player support**: sign-in trouble, a voyage that won't load, a streak that looks wrong. Tell us the transmission number or the stop you were at, and your callsign if you're signed in.
- **Corrections**: a fact in a transmission or a nav check that looks off. Send the question and where you found the correct figure.
- **Privacy requests**: to see, correct or delete your data, write from the email address you sign in with. The [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy) explains what we keep.
- **Reports**: a crew transmission or callsign that breaks the rules. Use the report button in the game too.
- **Partnerships and press**: game directories, schools and newsletters are welcome.
